Join us for swimming groups to work on basic swimming skills and improving social skills such as: eye contact, waiting, turn taking, sharing, building relationships, and initiating and maintaining conversations. One-on-one lessons with a lifeguard are also available to teach the Red Cross Swim Program, utilizing Visual Activity Schedules, sensory integration techniques, and focusing on social skills.
360 Kids is a Occupational Therapy soccer and playground group that includes activities such as various games of tag, soccer skills, and exploring playground equipment to improve sensory functioning.

Enjoy a round of indoor mini golf at Castle Fun Park in a small group this Spring Break! During this community-based group session, led by our Recreation Therapist, participants will improve social interaction skills including eye contact, turn taking, reciprocal conversation, reading the room and relationship building in a fun and supportive environment. Executive functioning skills including flexible thinking and task initiation will be facilitated during this session.
This Spring Break, join our Recreation Therapist and try classic 5 Pin Bowling in a small group setting! Participants will have an opportunity to practice social skills with their peers such as turn taking, eye contact, reciprocal conversation and task initiation. The game of bowling will improve both upper and lower body strength, balance and gross motor coordination in a fun environment!
This mindfulness and anxiety reduction group led by a Registered Occupational Therapist will teach strategies to improve attention and emotion regulation skills. In a small-group setting, children will learn healthy coping strategies to manage feelings of stress and anxiety.

The workshops will be delivered by Nicky Waring, a Certified Sexual Health Educator, who will teach your kids about their bodies, personal safety, puberty changes, boundaries/communication skills, and more in a safe and welcoming environment.
